hello again... back again. tomorrow will be my napfa test... so scared... i learn and learn, until my legs and body pain... bo... so pain... wawawa. tomorrow is station la... stay until 4:30. then thursday 1.6km run. the stations includ( bent-knees sit up, pull up, shuttle run, sit & reach; and standing board jump.) will be so tired after it...
